The line-up will start with the oldest institution and proceed until we reach the youngest! However, during this time, you will continue to enjoy the collegial exchange.
Guest(s) of the Delegates
Please know: your guest(s) can arrive with you to Cramton Auditorium. Once we begin the Pre-program start, we will escort your guest(s) to a reserved seating area where they will be able to view the Inauguration. If your guest(s) will be arriving later, we will have a WILL CALL in Cramton Auditorium for your guest(s) to receive their entry. At the conclusion of the inauguration, your guest(s) will be able to join you at the Delegate Luncheon.
The Inauguration is scheduled to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Recognizing the number of delegates and faculty participants, we will begin moving to the entrance of the main Auditorium in preparation for the processional start at 9:50 a.m. Please note: the procession will require the delegates to navigate up two (2) flights of stairs (roughly 24 feet). If you are in a position where such a request will require assistance, please do not hesitate to advise us. We are prepared to assist with your need.
Beginning at 10:00 a.m., the Inauguration procession begins. Based on your line-up, there will be an Inauguration marshal navigating your direction to lead you to the appropriate seating location. Once the delegates, faculty, special guests and the platform party are assembled in the Auditorium, the program will officially begin.
The program is scheduled to run until (about) 12:30 p.m.
