Mali 2014
Mahamadou Diakite is experienced in ICT and has worked in the industry of software development for five years. He currently serves as CT Officer for the USAID/OTI program that is implemented by AECOM International Development. The objective of the program is to build peace and reconciliation in Mali and Mahamadou is responsible for the ICT infrastructure of the program and the use of technology to promote program activities. He believes that all Malians should have access to a good quality education and is active in working with youth organizations  to  promote  peace  in  Mali.  He  holds  a  bachelor’s  degree  in Information Technology and Knowledge System and an honors degree in Management of Technology from the University of Pretoria. After the Washington Fellowship, he plans to use ICT to empower young people and promote peace in Mali.
