Student Affairs is pleased to offer the Student Customer Service Help Desk to assist students in addressing concerns regarding registration, financial aid, housing, health insurance, and other topics related to life on campus.  Representatives from various areas will be available from 10 a.m. -- 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 13 and Thursday, January 14 in the Gallery Lounge of Blackburn Center.  Representatives from the following departments will be on site:

  • ETS/IT Services

  • Housing                                             
  • Human Resources (student employment excluding work-study or HUSEP positions)
  • Off-Campus Housing

  • Title IX Coordinator

Students with concerns are encouraged to visit the Student Customer Service Help Desk this week. Questions or concerns regarding Financial Aid, Cashier’s Office, Registration and Student Employment for work-study and HUSEP should be directed to those administrative offices, which are located in the Administration Building.
