In order to submit a request or inquiry to the Digital Strategy and Web Services (DSWS) team, use the submission form below. See below for what to expect after submitting your request.

What to Expect After Submitting a DSWS Request/Inquiry

  1. You will receive an email notification confirming that a request ticket has been created.
  2. You can reply directly to the notification email to provide any additional necessary information or questions, and/or to send document attachments related to your request.
  3. Within 24-48 business hours, your ticket will be assigned to a member of the DSWS (Digital Strategy and Web Services) team, and she or he will follow up with you by email.
  4. If your request is within the scope of our services, we will give you an estimate of the time necessary for completion, which will depend on the scope of the task and availability of our team at that time.  If your request is not within the scope of our services, we can provide consultation and/or assist you in finding a 3rd party for hire.

For Urgent Issues: If you feel that your request requires immediate attention, please email webservices@howard.edu and include the word "Urgent" in the beginning of the email subject. Urgent issues include a Howard website being unexpectedly down, or vital information matters. For all other matters, please us the webform below.

As noted on the web services page, we require explicit approval from the head of an office or department, in order to carry out any changes to a given office or department website.
